I mean, where are the mountains on the picture? It can't be representative of any place in the world, it is far too generic. --Eusebius (talk) 13:31, 3 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The mountains are the Santa Cruz Mountains in the SF bay area (south-west)in California, USA. Mr. Mario (talk) 14:02, 3 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I know! What I say is that this picture cannot be representative of the Santa Cruz Mountains. --Eusebius (talk) 14:30, 3 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Why is that? Mr. Mario (talk) 14:35, 3 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Because there is nothing in the picture that is specific to that part of the world. --Eusebius (talk) 14:52, 3 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
It's snowing. Mr. Mario (talk) 22:35, 3 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
OK, I give up. --Eusebius (talk) 06:22, 4 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The reason this was put here is because it rarely snows there. Mr. Mario (talk) 13:37, 4 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

(indentation reset) Then it is definitely not a good candidate for a VI. Valued Images must show the usual, classical characteristics of the scope. The picture must be the most representative of the scope. If you understand that, you should withdraw the picture (or propose another scope, but I don't see which one could be suitable). --Eusebius (talk) 14:13, 4 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
