Request Please geolocate. Lycaon (talk) 16:49, 11 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, but I cannot due to conservational concerns (as said on the image page). Would it be enough to say the animal is from a cave in Slovenia? Situation with illegal capturing of cave fauna is bad as it is in the country. If the requirement is absolute, then I withdraw my nomination. --Yerpo (talk) 16:54, 11 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
You don't have to give exact coordinates when conservational concerns play. There are other ways to give an approximate geolocation. E.g., for some rare plants I give the coords of a town and state that the image was taken within a 5 km radius (that's over 75 km²). Don't withdraw as yet, we can work something out. It's a lot easier to single out caves in the vicinity of a settlement than forests/pastures (Slovenia has a good public cave register), so the region within Slovenia is the most I'm prepared to share. --Yerpo (talk) 17:23, 11 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
