Comment Concerning the scope description and the reference to the scope in the Helsinki demonstration, that is from a nomination done the very day VIC opened. At that time the procedures were not that mature, and we were still getting the crasp of good scopes.... Anyway, I certainly think this is a valuable image which is eligible for candidacy as a VI, given a suitable scope. I would propose the nominator to modify the scope to something like Annexation of Brno by Nazi Germany or Annexation of Brno, 1939. I am uncertain whether it was considered an annexation (that is what the en article for en:Brno states) or an occupation (which is the term used in the en description on the image page).
