Allow overwriting of File:Separatism in the United Kingdom.png[edit]

Allow overwriting of File:118th United States Congress Senators.svg[edit]

I want to change the color of West Virginia to reflect that Joe Manchin is no longer a Democrat and to add in the independent coloring of West Virginia. Allow overwriting of File:Map of the Schengen Area.svg, File:European Union member states and candidates v2.svg, File:Eurozone participation.svg, File:Eurozone map.svg File:European Union Western Balkans.svg[edit]

Continuing the standardization project.

I would once again like to update the Schengen Area map - as I have now a standard set of colors that I would like to apply (replace turquoise with EU green, replace orange with EU yellow). Also @Opihuck has rightly pointed out that Andorra IS indeed a country with no border controls, therefore de-facto participant. Have corrected that and added circle around Malta.

As for enlargement map: just the standard blue (#003399) instead of the one used now. EU red (#da2131) instead of the one used now). The different shades of green (candidates/candidates negotiating) are not perfect, contrast-wise, so the darker green would be even darker (#46a43b) and the light green would remain. Are you suggesting a different category and thus color for the three Caucasus countries? While the Caucasus (Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia) are part of Asia and Southwest Asia, they are also never included as part of the Middle East, and kept separate from the Middle East. I want to make updates in the files listed below, because Armenian is no longer spoken over a territory in Azerbaijan since 2023, after the flight of Nagorno-Karabakh Armenians and the collapse of the breakaway Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh (Republic of Artsakh) in 2023. (The maps lumped together, have the same design and color pattern.)
