Support --Acarpentier 00:17, 6 November 2007 (UTC)Moved bellow. Acarpentier 16:38, 6 November 2007 (UTC)- Oppose Not a bad picture, but I don't think it's quite FP quality. Calibas 03:05, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
- Please could you precise on what criteria so I can improve? Thanks. ;) Acarpentier 03:28, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
- Comment I don't know what Calibas sees or doesn't see, but I would have rather seen this duck and the whole reflection. -- carol 03:37, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
- Done Fixed see bellow ;) Acarpentier 16:38, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
- Agree, nice detail but cropped too much. Benjamint 08:53, 6 November 2007 (UTC)

- Oppose crop. Lycaon 20:24, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
- Oppose ack Lycaon. Also, the full Latin species name should be given --MichaelMaggs 21:57, 6 November 2007 (UTC)

SupportMoved to the most recent version --Acarpentier 16:38, 6 November 2007 (UTC)- Support Great picture... But what is the halo around the head (mainly on the left of the head)? Sanchezn 18:28, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
- Done Sorry about that... fixed now, thanks. ;) Acarpentier 18:52, 6 November 2007 (UTC)

Supportsupport moved to most recent version. Lycaon 17:11, 8 November 2007 (UTC) Lycaon 20:24, 6 November 2007 (UTC)- Oppose There appear to be lens dust spots throughout the image. Dori - Talk 21:29, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
- Question Are you sure about that? Acarpentier 00:49, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
- Not 100%, hence the "appear" in my statement. Here's where I'm seeing some of them Dori - Talk 01:26, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
- Info Well they are not dust, lens clean, but only natural water imperfection. ;) Acarpentier 01:49, 7 November 2007 (UTC)

- Oppose Not a satisfying composition, I'm afraid. Also, the full Latin species name should be given --MichaelMaggs 21:57, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
- Done Did the Latin species name. But for the centred composition, I guess fixing it for you would break it for others… it's non-senses but look like it’s the wiki way… he he he ;) Acarpentier 00:49, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
- Neutral Per MichaelMaggs, maybe it would be better if it was centered and you got rid of the debris. Benjamint 22:43, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
- Getting rid of the debris? I'll take the challenge. ;) Acarpentier 17:44, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
- Comment Both the category called ducks and the gallery of ducks here do not contain many printable images and this duck is very beautiful. I see that the line on the duck is the shadow of that twig but now I am quite impressed with the completely different water that a simple crop provided. So impressed that I am only able to comment with surety here. -- carol 16:38, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
- It's because it's not only a crop but a different picture... I had several one. ;) Acarpentier 17:43, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
SupportI would also consider supporting a 'commons jargon' page in which all of the ways that the words here are used differently are listed. This meaning for the word 'crop' is quite large in scope and perhaps would not be obvious to people following these debates -- even after a few months. -- carol 17:50, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
