- Support Very nice mood and a rare view of the tower. A bit more space on the top would be better. --Tuxyso (talk) 20:59, 26 November 2013 (UTC)
- Oppose indeed a good place to take a picture of the Berlin TV Tower.
But the tower isn't quite in the middle and it doesn't fit in any regular rule. It seems to be placed randomly. And the buildings round the base of the tower (which belong architecturally together) are cut of. Sorry, nice mood but from EV and composition this picture is not very extraordinary. --Wladyslaw (talk) 21:32, 26 November 2013 (UTC) - Comment Agree with Tuxyso. Maybe you can reconstruct some sky at the top using content-aware deletion in Photoshop? --King of ♥ ♦ ♣ ♠ 00:49, 27 November 2013 (UTC)
- Comment Thank you both for your comments. The problem is that it is impossible to see all buildings round the base of the tower, as it is not possible to stand at the edge of the building. Please see this picture. I uploaded a new version with the building in the middle. I dont know how to reconstruct the sky.--ArildV (talk) 06:02, 27 November 2013 (UTC)
- Comment To add some sky wouldn't be a big deal. This I could make for you, but the cut of basement is IMO the real problem of this picture. I am convinced that the conditions on this outlook level was not good, but this explanation can't convince me to support this image. I guess this problem could be solved by making two images and stitch them together. --Wladyslaw (talk) 07:40, 27 November 2013 (UTC)
- Comment Thanks for your offer regarding the sky! The second problem is probably impossible to solve; since it is not possible to see all of the surrounding buildings from the terrace. To do that you have to climb out on the roof (which is not allowed to do), the railing on the roof blocking the view from the terrace. Just to be clear, I'm just trying to explain the circumstances. I'm not trying to convince you to to change your vote. I understand your opinions.--ArildV (talk) 07:56, 27 November 2013 (UTC)
- I've added sky here: File:Berliner Fernsehturm November 2013 edit.jpg. --King of ♥ ♦ ♣ ♠ 17:29, 27 November 2013 (UTC)
- Thank you. Should I change to your version, or add it as an alternative (if you want, feel free to add it as an alternative, or replace the current one)?--ArildV (talk) 01:09, 28 November 2013 (UTC)
- I uploaded it on top and Support. --King of ♥ ♦ ♣ ♠ 01:36, 28 November 2013 (UTC)
